Description Managing important portfolios and/or programmes of projects with large numbers of complex interfaces of project managers and teams that satisfy client needs and expectations. This will include general management for project management teams under your direction. Contribute expertise in managing business processes, client relationships, and developing strategies that improve corporate capability. Provide mentorship to our team by managing junior team members, client relationships, business development and management requests. Consistently develop consulting capabilities and share knowledge across the business, including thought leadership through learning sessions and the Graduate Program curriculum. Deliver a high-quality project management capability and undertake project delivery tasks independently. Work in conjunction with management, or with the direction of clients, when operating within integrated project team environments. Anticipate and escalate issues with clients and stakeholders through conflict resolution / negotiation, including assisting more junior team members. Actively participate in strategy planning to identify business opportunities; and develop plans for converting opportunities to winnable work. Support the Bids Team in actively undertaking business development by writing proposals / submissions, nurturing, and maintaining external relationships and promoting MBB Group. Active participation in team and company activities to support and drive continuous improvement and support a positive working culture. Skills And Experiences To be considered you need to have at least 5 years working in consultancy or client-side business advisory or equivalent (essential) with well-developed project management skills across transport infrastructure and: Significant years’ experience in project management / consulting Tertiary Qualifications in Engineering, Law, Construction Management, Project Management, or other relevant area Demonstrated knowledge, experience, and application in running large transaction processes, procurement and project delivery. Ability to manage client relationships and lead discussions confidently. Willingness to be a leader within the MBB Group structure. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Well-developed quality and results focussed orientation. Demonstrated high level of initiative; problem solving and organisational agility.
